Last night ended 2015 for my photography year. I'll save that for the end of this blog. It was my first time seeing Craig Owens live. I've seen videos before, and knew he had an outstanding voice, but it was much better in person. He played so many songs I remember hearing when I was younger listening to Chiodos or D.R.U.G.S. It was hard to not try, and sing along.
I had a few friends open up this show, Chase Huglin, and the guys in Too Close To Touch. It was nice to catch up with them all after my tour. Stoked to see them again in the future.
2015. What a year. I still haven't been photographing for a year, but it's almost there. I started in January with Hands Like Houses. Ended the year with Craig Owens. In between I met some of my best friends, and shot some of my favorite bands. (I'll post a top 10 show blog soon). I did my first tour in July, second in October, then did my first US tour in November/December. I shot Warped Tour, got my first photo pass to shoot Breaking Benjamin. It was a year of learning, and experience. Can't wait to dive into 2016, and learn more. Here's to a good year!
